Infrared Photography Films other techniques


Here are the known infrared films. They dramatically differ in the result due to spectral sensitivity. You can have information on their features by reading the technical data:




Here, a comparison of three of the above listed films is given. The pictures were all taken on a sunny day (late in the morning) and a red filter was used. As it can be noted, from left to right the images exhibit an increasing sensitivity to infrared light (actually, the Ilford film is not properly an infrared film!).
